Christian Life Coaching

I help you do relationships better.

The one with God.
The one with yourself.
And the ones with others.

You can love God, know His Word, and still have parts of yourself you haven’t learned to see clearly. But what you don’t see doesn’t stay hidden. It shows up in your choices, your relationships, and the way you respond to God.

15 minutes. Tell me what’s going on. We’ll see whether coaching together makes sense.

You may be here because

You know what you believe. So why does it feel so hard to actually live it here?

You said yes when you meant no, and now you’re resentful. Or you finally said no, and you’ve felt guilty for three days.
You’ve forgiven them. You’re just not sure that means they get the same access to you.
You love him, and you’re tired of being the only one working on it.
You’re the one everybody calls. You’re not sure who you’d be if nobody needed you.
You feel angry, hurt or worn out, and right behind it comes, “A Christian shouldn’t feel this way.”
You’ve prayed about it. But if you’re honest, you’ve been giving God the cleaned-up version.
You can’t tell if this is conviction or anxiety. Discernment or fear. Or something spiritual that nobody ever taught you how to fight.
You know God put something in you. You’ve been “waiting on His timing” for so long that you’re starting to wonder if you’re just scared.
You’ve read the books, heard the sermons, journaled and fasted. You can explain exactly why you do it. You still can’t stop.
You keep saying you’re fine and that it’ll work itself out. You said that last year too.

I’m not going to tell you to pray harder. I’m also not going to leave God out of it. What I am going to ask is this: are you actually confused, or are you afraid of the answer?

And how long has this been the thing you’re “still praying about”?

Why “Mirror Reflections”

I’m here to be a mirror.

Everyone in your life has held up a mirror to you. Some of those reflections were true. Others were cracked, smudged or tilted, and you’ve been believing them for years. That isn’t the original. God made you on purpose, and what He sees when He looks at you is still the truest thing about you.

So I hold up two things: what’s actually there, and what God meant from the beginning. We wipe away what was never yours. We look honestly at the cracks. And we let God restore His original.

James writes about the person who looks in a mirror, walks away and forgets what he saw. We’re not doing that here. First we see it. Then we war in prayer over what’s kept you bound. Then you walk it out. I don’t just want you to understand yourself. I want you free.

The three relationships
I

God.

You love Him, and you still feel far from Him. Or you keep asking for confirmation. Has He already answered you? We look at what you really believe about Him here, and you learn to recognize His voice for yourself.

II

Self.

You’ve been who everybody needed for so long that you’re not sure what’s actually you. What are you agreeing with about yourself that doesn’t agree with God’s Word?

III

Others.

You keep explaining, fixing and carrying. You said yes. But did God actually ask you to carry that? We work on how you communicate, and we sort out what belongs to you and what doesn’t.

About Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie.

For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people in some of the most complicated parts of their lives. I’ve counseled and coached hundreds of men and women through relationships, grief, identity, family dynamics, major decisions, painful patterns, and those moments when you know something needs to change but you’re not sure how to get there.

But my clinical training isn’t the highest authority in the room. God is.

I’m a wife, a mom, and a woman who follows Jesus too. I know you can love God, know the Word, pray about the thing, and still find yourself saying, “Okay, Lord, what am I supposed to do with this?”

Come tell me what’s actually going on.

Your next step

You don’t have to decide about coaching today. You can just talk to me.

You read this far for a reason. Maybe it’s about God. Maybe it’s about you. Maybe it’s about one specific person. I don’t believe God is showing you this so you can stay exactly where you are.
