Coaching

How we work together.

What sessions are like, what you can bring, what it costs, and the questions people ask before they book.

What sessions are like

Structured enough to move you. Surrendered enough to let the Holy Spirit lead.

Biblically grounded

Scripture isn’t something I add at the end. God’s truth is what we measure everything else against.

Holy Spirit-led

We pray, and prayer here is never a formality. I invite the Holy Spirit in and leave room for Him to reveal, convict, comfort and redirect. I won’t tell you what God is saying to you. I’ll help you learn to hear Him.

Emotionally informed

Your feelings matter. They can tell us a lot. They just don’t get the final say over what is true.

Relationally focused

We pay attention to what your relationships are showing you about God, yourself and other people.

Spiritually discerning

Not everything is psychological, and not everything is spiritual warfare. Part of the work is learning to tell which one you’re dealing with, and responding to what’s actually there.

Equipping

You leave with something to use: a prayer, a Scripture, a boundary, words for the hard conversation, or a plan for the next time the same battle shows up.

The work

See. War. Walk.

Understanding yourself isn’t the finish line. Freedom is.

I

See.

See yourself clearly. The pattern. The wound. The lie. The false reflection somebody handed you. What belongs to you and what doesn’t. And what God actually says about all of it.

II

War.

Confront what’s kept you bound. We pray. You forgive, repent where it’s needed, renounce the lies you’ve been agreeing with, take your thoughts captive and stand on truth. You learn to fight for yourself and your family.

III

Walk.

Freedom has to become how you live. Have the conversation. Set the boundary. Change the behavior. Obey what God already told you. And stop going back to what He brought you out of.

You’re safe here. But we’re not staying stuck here.
Working with me

What it feels like to work with me

You don’t have to perform here. You don’t need to impress me. You don’t need to clean up the story before you tell it. And you definitely don’t need to have the “right” Christian answer ready.

I’m naturally encouraging. I’m curious. I ask a lot of questions. I listen for what’s underneath what you’re saying, and I love helping people connect dots they didn’t realize belonged together.

I want you to feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to keep going.

And yes, sometimes I’m going to lovingly challenge what you’re believing. Sometimes I’m going to ask the question you were hoping I wouldn’t ask.

One of my clients described it as my willingness to tell her “the truth wrapped in love and compassion.” That feels pretty accurate.

Because I’m not interested in sitting across from you for an hour, having a beautiful conversation, and then sending you back into your life with no idea what to do with any of it.

Insight matters. But what are you going to do with what you see?
What you can bring

The thing you keep praying about probably lives in one of these.

Identity

You’ve been the wife, the mom, the daughter, the strong friend, the one who handles it. We work on worth, comparison, shame and trusting your own decisions, rooted in who God says you are.

Who are you when you’re not taking care of everybody?

Relationships

The relationship you can’t stop thinking about. The family member who knows exactly how to get to you. The resentment building quietly in your marriage. We work on what you say, how you say it, and what you allow.

Is it love, or is it people-pleasing?

Purpose

You know God has asked you for something, and fear keeps delaying your obedience. Or the old role doesn’t fit and the next one isn’t clear. We work out what is yours to do next.

Are you waiting on God, or are you afraid to move?

Questions

Before you book, you’re probably wondering.

Is this therapy?

No. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and those 11+ years shape how I listen and what I notice. But Mirror Reflections is coaching. It doesn’t provide diagnosis, mental-health treatment or crisis care.

What does Holy Spirit-led coaching mean?

It means I come in prayerfully and stay open to where the conversation needs to go. We pray, we return to Scripture, and we pay attention to what God may be bringing to the surface. We have a direction, and we hold it loosely.

Will you tell me what God is saying?

No. I’m not God’s voice in your life. I’ll ask questions, bring you back to Scripture and help you discern for yourself. What you do with it is between you and Him.

Do you do deliverance or spiritual warfare?

Yes. Freedom is a big part of this work. In the context of coaching and biblical counseling, we identify where you’ve felt bound, expose the lies underneath it, renounce what you’ve been agreeing with that God never said, and pray. Then I teach you how to stand, discern and fight for yourself, so you keep walking in that freedom without needing me to do it for you.

Do I have to be a Christian?

This is Christian coaching. We pray and come back to Scripture in every session, so it fits best if you want your faith at the center of the work. If you’re still working out what you believe and you’re open to that, book the free call and we’ll talk honestly about whether it’s a fit.

What if I’m already praying and reading my Bible?

Good. Most of the people I work with are. Knowing the truth and living from it in one specific, painful area are not always the same thing. That gap is what we work on.

I’ve read the books and tried on my own. How is this different?

Books can tell you what’s true. They can’t hear what’s underneath your story or ask the question you’ve been avoiding. Here you get someone listening to your specific situation, bringing it back to Scripture, and following up on what you said you’d do.

Do I have to know exactly what I need help with?

No. “Something is off and I can’t name it” is a fine place to start. Come tell me what’s actually going on.

Do you work with men too?

Yes. I’ve counseled and coached hundreds of men and women.

What does a session look like?

Sessions are about 60 minutes on a Google Meet video call. We pray, we talk honestly about what’s going on, and you leave with something specific to do before we meet again.

What happens on the free 15-minute call?

It’s a short, no-pressure conversation. You tell me what’s actually going on, I ask a few questions, and we decide together whether coaching makes sense and which rhythm fits. It costs nothing, and you don’t have to decide about coaching on the call.

How do I know which coaching option I need?

You don’t have to yet. We’ll talk about what’s going on in the 15-minute call and decide together.

How soon will I notice a difference?

It depends on what you bring and what you do between sessions. Many clients notice a shift within the first few weeks. Lasting change comes from walking it out, and I’ll be honest with you about that.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us, unless you disclose a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Your next step

You don’t have to decide about coaching today. You can just talk to me.

You read this far for a reason. Maybe it’s about God. Maybe it’s about you. Maybe it’s about one specific person. I don’t believe God is showing you this so you can stay exactly where you are.

01Book your 15 minutes. It costs nothing.
