This site belongs to Mirror Reflections Coaching, LLC, the coaching practice of Stephanie Nativita Okori, based in Florida, USA. I take your trust seriously, on this website and in our work together. This page explains what information is collected when you visit stephanieokori.com and how it’s used.

The short version

• You can read this entire site without giving me any personal information.
• I only receive your details when you choose to share them: by booking a call, requesting the free book, or emailing me.
• I don’t sell, rent or trade your information. Ever.

When you book a call

The booking button opens a Google Calendar scheduling page. When you book, you share your name, your email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form. I use that only to schedule and prepare for our conversation. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy.

When you request the free book

The free book form is hosted by Flodesk, my email service. When you sign up, you share your email address, and your name if you include it. I use it to send you the book and my emails: encouragement for your relationship with God, yourself and others, and occasional news about my offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time.

When you email me

If you write to me, I’ll have your email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I use it to reply. Please don’t send sensitive details by email that you’d rather share in a private conversation.

When you simply visit

This site doesn’t ask you to create an account, and it doesn’t use advertising trackers. Like nearly every website, the services that deliver it receive basic technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and its fonts are served by Google Fonts. I may also use privacy-focused analytics to see overall numbers, like how many people visited a page. That information is viewed in aggregate and isn’t used to identify you.

Coaching conversations

What you share in a coaching session is separate from this website. It stays between us, unless you disclose a risk of harm to yourself or others. Coaching is not psychotherapy, and Mirror Reflections Coaching does not provide diagnosis, mental-health treatment or crisis care.

Client stories

Every testimonial on this site is shared with the client’s permission. If your story is here and you’d like it changed or removed, email me and I’ll take care of it.

Links to other sites

This site links to services I don’t control, including Google Calendar, Flodesk, Instagram and Facebook. Each has its own privacy policy, and I’d encourage you to read them.

Children

This site and my coaching services are intended for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email info@stephanieokori.com.

Changes to this page

If how I handle information changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
