Is this therapy?
No. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and those 11+ years shape how I listen and what I notice. But Mirror Reflections is coaching. It doesn’t provide diagnosis, mental-health treatment or crisis care.
What does Holy Spirit-led coaching mean?
It means I come in prayerfully and stay open to where the conversation needs to go. We pray, we return to Scripture, and we pay attention to what God may be bringing to the surface. We have a direction, and we hold it loosely.
Will you tell me what God is saying?
No. I’m not God’s voice in your life. I’ll ask questions, bring you back to Scripture and help you discern for yourself. What you do with it is between you and Him.
Do you do deliverance or spiritual warfare?
Yes. Freedom is a big part of this work. In the context of coaching and biblical counseling, we identify where you’ve felt bound, expose the lies underneath it, renounce what you’ve been agreeing with that God never said, and pray. Then I teach you how to stand, discern and fight for yourself, so you keep walking in that freedom without needing me to do it for you.
Do I have to be a Christian?
This is Christian coaching. We pray and come back to Scripture in every session, so it fits best if you want your faith at the center of the work. If you’re still working out what you believe and you’re open to that, book the free call and we’ll talk honestly about whether it’s a fit.
What if I’m already praying and reading my Bible?
Good. Most of the people I work with are. Knowing the truth and living from it in one specific, painful area are not always the same thing. That gap is what we work on.
I’ve read the books and tried on my own. How is this different?
Books can tell you what’s true. They can’t hear what’s underneath your story or ask the question you’ve been avoiding. Here you get someone listening to your specific situation, bringing it back to Scripture, and following up on what you said you’d do.
Do I have to know exactly what I need help with?
No. “Something is off and I can’t name it” is a fine place to start. Come tell me what’s actually going on.
Do you work with men too?
Yes. I’ve counseled and coached hundreds of men and women.
What does a session look like?
Sessions are about 60 minutes on a Google Meet video call. We pray, we talk honestly about what’s going on, and you leave with something specific to do before we meet again.
What happens on the free 15-minute call?
It’s a short, no-pressure conversation. You tell me what’s actually going on, I ask a few questions, and we decide together whether coaching makes sense and which rhythm fits. It costs nothing, and you don’t have to decide about coaching on the call.
How do I know which coaching option I need?
You don’t have to yet. We’ll talk about what’s going on in the 15-minute call and decide together.
How soon will I notice a difference?
It depends on what you bring and what you do between sessions. Many clients notice a shift within the first few weeks. Lasting change comes from walking it out, and I’ll be honest with you about that.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us, unless you disclose a risk of harm to yourself or others.
